How to pack your Slimbook to send it to our RMA service

In case you have to send your Slimbook to our technical service, either to process a guarantee, a refund or simply because you want to make any change voluntarily, you must take into account the following points when packing:

PACK THE SLIMBOOK THE FOLLOWING WAY:

1.- Put your Slimbook and all accessories (manuals, cables, etc.) in its original box. Do not include mouses, briefcases or other accessories that do not fit in the original box.
2.- Attach to the shipment a copy of the completed RMA form.
3.- Put the original Slimbook box in another outer box to protect it.
4.- Between the original box of the Slimbook and the outer box include something to cushion it from possible blows during transport (bubble paper, corks or etc.)
5.- Seal it carefully and with enough tape so that it does not open during transportation.
6.- Paste on the outside of the package a sheet with your RMA number.

Shipping conditions for acceptance to process of products under warranty:

* In case the merchandise is sent by your account, you must insure it.
Slimbook will not take charge of equipment damaged by the shipment; nor being in warranty period.
If a product is received showing clear damages due to poor packaging, it will be returned to you, leaving it out of warranty.


* The product will be subject to revision to verify that it has not been tampered with and has not been used incorrectly, as well as that it has not suffered direct blows or cracks, scratches, etc.
